Perhaps the primary reason why seekers of funds should consider engaging ECS is because ECS is success-driven and therefore must raise funds for its Clients in order to grow. Also, ECS is NOT a traditional venture capitalist ("VC"). VC's are usually expensive and have a conflict of interest. On the one hand they advise and source funds whilst on the other hand they usually meddle with ownership & control. ECS, however, is able to provide unbiased objective advice.
